Sandern Stahlbau produces to individual specifications. Our compliance with ISO 9001 standards, plus our SCC and Class E certificates, are ample proof of our guaranteed high quality. We can even prefabricate such high-profile items as cinemas and pedestrian bridges. Along with steel superstructures, plant construction also plays an important role: biogas plants, processing ovens and chicken-refrigeration facilities are just some of the examples of our versatility and expertise in this field. Our production facilities, which occupy some 5,500 square metres, are equipped to the very latest technical standards in order to guarantee the safe and reliable completion of all tasks involving prefabricated steel-skeleton frames and industrial-unit structures. Plans and static-calculation documents are produced in three dimensions using CAD programs. These CAD data are then used as a basis for further CAM-compatible processing for automatic fabrication, using a state-of-the-art drilling/cutting line and flat-steel machining centre. The use of these IT-assisted design and production techniques keeps throughput times to a minimum. We can also count on our own system of transport logistics. This lets us precisely match to each other all the steps in the process, thereby maintaining Sandern’s well-known reputation for on-the-dot delivery.
