From design to production.
Plans and static-calculation documents are implemented in three dimensions in our own design bureau using CAD programs. These CAD data are used as a basis for further CAM-compatible processing for automatic fabrication, using a state-of-the-art drilling/cutting line and flat-steel machining centre. We can also use NC programs for the automatic cutting of even highly-complex patterns in sheet metal up to 300 mm thick. In order to ensure optimum coating, each component is previously particle-blasted as it passes down the line. The CAD system automatically draws up the corresponding parts lists, including – likewise automatically – the weight of each item. The use of these latest, IT-supported design and production techniques allows us to keep throughput times to a minimum.
