Edging technology
We own one of Europe’s largest folding presses. With a pressing force of 2,500 tonnes and an edging length of 16,100 mm, the dimensions are near-unparalleled.
Lasers
The raw material is handled by one of Europe’s largest laser-cutting machines, with working dimensions of 4,200 mm wide by 36,000 mm long and an ability to handle items up to 25 mm thick. Our infinitely rotating chamfering machine is also capable of preparing weld seams with an angle of up to 50°.
Flame cutting
Plasma/Oxyacetylene cutting of items measuring up to 6.200mm x 38.000mm, with a thickness of up to 300 mm incl.weld preparation.
Shearing
Sheared sections measuring 6,100mm x 13mm
Rolling
Up to a length of 3,100 mm
Subassembly fabrication
Thanks to the subsidiaries in our group, we are able to fabricate subassemblies, including everything from the initial design to mechanical processing and final production of the finished component.
